– before the harsh criticism on U19 bunch, former Pakistan greats must note that Rahul Dravid chose to work with India U19. How many from Pakistan would opt to serve at this level?

– these Pakistan U19 players are kids after all and have a lot of cricket ahead of them. I m sure it has been a learning curve for players & all concerned. Better luck next time lads ..
— Asif Khan (@mak_asif) January 30, 2018
– pick good players of this U19 bunch, nurture them adequately. The problem of Pakistan is the pathway, which has been under-par.

and it was not about the package Rahul Dravid is getting. My question was different. I only questioned the willingness of many former greats.

Also, the board should give serious importance to this level too like the senior outfit. This is the level where foreign trainers, fielding coaches are required as well.
— Asif Khan (@mak_asif) January 30, 2018
– although I didn't refer to the monitory factor earlier but as per some responses, wouldn't it be a good idea for the PCB to raise U19 coach salary & make it at least 50% more than the senior team's coach? …
